We began operations in 2009 when key personnel from BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) had a strong desire to join together - taking the best of what we had learned in the consulting industry and making improvements where we knew they could be made - forming a new, exciting company with a great benefit to both clients and employees.

SACHI BALA - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sachi Bala is an Information Management professional with two decades of experience in content, portals, integration services, and custom software development. He strives to solve clients' challenges with innovative and modern solutions that are holistic to addressing the underlying cause. He keeps himself current with emerging technologies such as machine learning, process automation, and dashboarding and applies them where relevant.
Mr. Bala believes in sharing knowledge with the young generation and spends his spare time volunteering in nearby schools in fundraising and teaching computer programming. He loves running and participates in the local half-marathon races in the Dallas metroplex area.
Mr. Bala has been married for 23 years to his wife Vaij, and lives in Allen, TX. They enjoy hiking nearby parks with their two sons. He also spends much time networking, looking for collaboration opportunities with like-minded professionals, and synergizing with other small businesses.
